Why do I get an error message when I try to access the library's databases?
If you're on campus and having trouble, contact the library (email@example.com) so we can see if there is a system-wide problem.
If you're off-campus, and this is your first time trying to access our databases, call us so we can help with logging in.
If you're off-campus and are usually able to connect, the problem may be a temporary problem between your ISP (internet service provider) and our system. This can usually be cleared up by clearing your cache and shutting down your browser. If you continue to have trouble after reopening your browser, contact us and we'll troubleshoot the specific problem.
