When you find an item you need in the library catalog, note the location and call number, then consult the library map for our call number locations.
Tips:
- Look for items in the General Collection on the Upper (UNCA GENERAL A-P) and Main Floors (UNCA GENERAL Q-Z) of the library.
- Reference, Popular Reading, New Books, Popular Magazines, DVDs and CDs are all located on the Main Floor.
- Special Collections is located on the Upper Floor, just beside the front stairs.
- Be aware that we share collections with ASU and WCU. If you are searching all three schools (the WNCLN option at top of Books and Media results) and find a print item that you need at either WCU or ASU, simply click 'Request' in the individual record to request the item be sent to UNCA via our ABC Express courier service.
