Presumably college students are knowing & experienced enough to behave and dress in such a way that is respectful of their peers, faculty, & staff they are associated with.
We do not have a formal dress or conduct policy. Again, our opinion is that upon reaching the college level, that young adults are cognizant & attentive to their surroundings in terms of the proper way to dress & behave. Therefore we do not specifically require shoes. We leave that to the discretion of the student body which we hold in high esteem, and trust will be responsible & conscious of how their actions & appearance may affect others.
